Reviews and Ratings
I was a bit disappointed with the room size considering the high price we paid for an 'executive' double room, which turned out to be smaller than expected. The room felt quite dark despite having a balcony. However, the hotel's location provided stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the pavilion building was a peaceful retreat. The service was a mix of strict enforcement of rules, but also instances of helpfulness, especially when I made a booking mistake. The dining experience was a mix of overpriced processed food and great options with quick service, ideal for families. The facilities were somewhat lacking, but the pool area was clean and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room provided was clean, well-maintained, and had a classy feel to it, although breakfast was not included in the price which was a slight downside compared to another booking. The staff were accommodating, especially when assistance was needed with accessibility for wheelchair users.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise levels were high and the climate control could have been better. The staff provided excellent service but seemed a bit too busy at times. The location was family-friendly with good facilities, although it got noisy with kids running around. The dining had its ups and downs with friendly staff but some issues with food quality and pricing.
